Refund & Return Policy

At RollingMob, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. As a print-on-demand brand offering customized products, we are unable to accept general returns. However, we are fully committed to resolving any issues that may arise under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

1. Damaged or Substandard Items
If your item arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please reach out to us at [email protected]. Our team will promptly review your case and offer a refund or replacement at no additional cost.

2. Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, design, or variant due to a fulfillment error, we sincerely apologize. Contact us via email, and we’ll ensure you receive the correct product or a full refund—whichever you prefer.

3. Incorrect Size Delivered
If the size delivered differs from the one you ordered, notify us immediately. We will send the correct size or process a refund according to your choice.

4. Extended Delivery Delays
For U.S. orders not delivered within 30 days, or international orders delayed over 60 days, please contact us. We’ll investigate and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  All designs are printed using high-quality standards. Personal preference or subjective judgments about image sharpness or resolution are not considered valid grounds for return unless a technical defect is involved.

Production & Fulfillment Timeline

As a print-on-demand brand, our process follows these steps:

1. Order is received and confirmed.

2. Product enters production (2–3 business days).

3. Order is shipped via UPS, USPS, DHL, or similar couriers (4–7 business days, on average).
